Alex's Scholarship Luncheon

As I mentioned earlier, the whole reason we came home this weekend was to attend Alex's scholarship luncheon at church. His parents are out of town so I volunteered to go be supportive and take pictures :) Anyway, we went to the church service and then went to the lunch afterwards. The food was absolutely amazing (sometimes I forget that it's hard to beat southern cooking :)) Anyway, here are some pictures:

Alex and I at the luncheon. I love it how he looks like he does not even want to be in the picture with me. I think it was just because he was too lazy to meet me half way ;)

I had been to church with Alex before so I had met a lot of the people, but it was nice being welcomed again (his parents do a wonderful job talking me up :)) Anyway, I need to get some stuff done before I head back to Tuscaloosa tomorrow afternoon after I take my car to the shop. I'll try and update soon!
